Embodyment® Therapy

Embodyment® Therapy is a non-invasive and gentle hands-on healing modality based on Svaroopa® Yoga.

As we live our stressful daily lives, tension starts to accumulate at the tailbone and spreads throughout the body triggering many illnesses and pain.

When this tension is released from the tailbone, the spine opens and an amazing self-healing process of the body and mind begins!

One Embodyment® session equals five Svaroopa® classes.

Finding the "Self"
An Embodyment® is even more relaxing than a Svaroopa® class.

During the hour long session, you will simply be lying down on your back in
Shavasana (yoga's relaxation pose) while the therapist gently and un-invasively places her hands underneath the weight of your low back and pelvic area.

While you are resting in Shavasana to soothing sound of music, the therapist will use her sense of perception to facilitate your body's natural functioning and inherent self-healing capacity.

As you keep up with your sessions, maintain the core openings and become more aware of your body each time, the therapist will graduate up to 4 different hand positions, affecting and opening your body starting from the pelvic and hip area, up along the entire spine and down the legs.
